1. What are Points?
   • PlayFirst Points are just for fun! You accumulate Points when you visit the PlayFirst website, answer questions in Tips, or find yourself selected as having provided a "best answer." See how many you can rack up! It's kinda like... a game!


2. What can I do with my Points?
   • You can use your PlayFirst Points to get freebies to customize your website experience. Redeem them for a website background and see PlayFirst.com in a whole new light (or even in the dark)! Or get your game face on and redeem a special avatar. You can also show off, brag to your friends, or even divide them by a number of your choosing. We've heard people even name them, but we don't necessarily recommend it.


3. What do Points represent?
   • Think of PlayFirst Points as your PlayFirst street cred... or um, virtual street cred. They represent the extent to which you know your way around the PlayFirst block... or, um, virtual block.


4. Can I buy Points?
   • Nope! We want PlayFirst Points to be enjoyed by all, and have a made conscious decision not to assign monetary value to them. See? Money can't buy everything!


5. My friends want me to give them my Points, but I don't want to. What should I do?
   • Not only does etiquette not require you to give away your Points, it's not even possible. It's a great excuse to hoard them all for yourself! Points are non-transferrable; they're yours and yours alone. Please refer to the Terms of Service for more information on PlayFirst Points.
