Best of the "MCF" games! Humorous take on wonderfully tacky/tawdry and VERY shady "Carny" world! "Madame" herself, however began to get on my nerves with her frequent, over-the-top Gypsy fortuneteller commentary(most of it of the "Hurry, dark fate and doom grow near!", and "Vy vould anyvun vant to keell MEE?" variety!) Every character involved is unsavory in the extreme - characatures of depression era Carnys- the details are wonderful in their gaudy awfulness! It's hilarious how UGLY the place is! A lot of details seem like genious in their perfect repulsivness-right down to fat, bearded ladies and two-headed beasts! The REAL genious is in the amazing 'mini games' modeled carefully on the period/place. . . they must be seen to be believed! Beware! Just like real carnivals - the games are seemingly rigged againsed you! These are among the toughest puzzles I've ever come up againsed in any game - yet, they LOOK so SIMPLE . . . do not be decieved by the pitchmen's promise of a fabulous prize! A dark fate draws near... try it, if you dare. . .

This game was fun until I got to the mini puzzles. They were a real challenge. The hidden object part of the game was fairly typical of HOGs but if it weren't for the Game Cafe and Gamzebo, I would never have made it through the mini puzzles. If you like a challege, buy this game. I also found that it has replay value and the second time through, I enjoyed it more.

This is definitely the best of the MCF series so far! The characters have very interesting designs and unique objects to find. Also there are a lot of mind boggling puzzles and you have to think about every possible aspect of the puzzles before you start to solve them. A very interesting game but personally, i think the trial is too short to get the full effect of the game.

This game is the best of the MCF games so far. The gameplay is tricky, and it's not really an easy game, but the challenge is great!
The art is also improved in this game, and it's a very fun game to look at as well as play!

This is one the best HOG game I played.Can you help Madame Fate solve the mystery? There are many places to go,objects to find and people you will meet,to help lead you to solving the mystery.But you must hurry before time runs out! Audio and graphics are excellent! So hurry up before time runs out!
