Of all the tradewinds this one stands (sails and flies) alone. FAN-EFFIN'-TASTIC!!! Seriously, sophisticated humor. Great quests and brilliant dialogue. Can play quests in any order. I've heard others complain that the "fighting" sequences are not interactive enough. Well boo hoo. Not a shooter game, does everything have to be? The best part was playing the "same" quests as EACH character and getting that guy's perspective on the story. Lotta fun to hear the character you played before maligned and misunderstood by the character you're playing now. I've never been more happy spending $ on a game. The writers are my hero. Seriously. Younger players are not going to get the jokes or understand the puns or the things they reference. Anyone over 30 with a sense of humor must own this game!

Tradewinds Caravans is neither as enjoyable nor addictive as Tradewinds Legends. I only tried the 60-minute trial before purchasing and I am glad I did. This game would have been a waste of money for me. The graphics are not as good as its predecessor. The walking from point to point and not all the way from city to city is annoying. The concept is good with trying to continue in the Tradewinds series, it was just poorly executed. Hopefully, if Sandlot chooses to make another installation in this series, they will take more time in its development and testing.
