Once you have unlocked all the recipes and create all your recipes at the secret laboratory, the book is full and you can't make more. It would be great if you were able to make unlimited recipes using the different combinations of ingredients in your secret lab, but oh well, maybe in the next chocolatier.
The recipe book has to be complete by the end of the game so that you can complete the last quest that Alex gives you, which is to submit your chocolates to Evangeline in San Francisco so you can be considered for Master Chocolatier. If you have finished the game, that's a good time to make some of the chocolates that you didn't get to make earlier and see just how much money you can earn before submitting your score to PlayFirst. If you do that, keep an eye on the prices that your chocolates are selling for so you know when the demand for something drops.
Do you mean when you finish the whole game? or during the game? During the game when you accomplish some tasks they will give you a space in your recipe book so you can create a chocolate, try getting different ingredients so you can make a rare chocolate. If the ingredient is expensive the can paid you up to 2000 for a chocolate. Just keep in mind that you won't loose any money and try making a lot of chocolates as soon as you invent one and sell them all because as the game progress they loose value, so sell the fresh and sell a lot so you can make a lot of money.
