When you are in Doula, go to the far upper left-hand corner to that farm up there. That is where you get the 66% African Cocoa. Then go back to Zurich and make the bars. They are the last chocolate bar.
Special Reserve 66% African Cacao is a Bars Recipe. You can get the African Cacao in Douala at the Ndawara Plantation. In the recipe, there is 1 sugar and 2 Douala Cacao so the amount of chocolate's a certain person wants, it is double the Douala Cacao. Hope this helps.
It's 66% reserve cacao because the chocolate bar you're going to make is made of 2 parts cacao and 1 part sugar. That's 2/3 or 66% chocolate. That's where the name came from.
