I wonder if you mean the initial download or when opening a game you already have? If you already have the game and this occurs, simply close it and try again. Oftentimes it opens fine the next time and sometimes you have to wait a bit. If it is the initial download of a new game you are referring to then just delete and retry. That should work fine. If not, contact playfirst after making sure that the computer requirements are compatable.
Hi, try deleting all of what you just downloaded - maybe reboot and then reload the game (you can reload thegame from your unlock keys window.). It's possible that it is not compatible with your machine or it's operating system is too low to handle it. If you can't make it work, contact PF (upper right corner of this window under help-support/contact - it takes them two days to return your message). Good Luck!
