I learned this the hard way. It depends on how you access the game. The only way you will get a guaranteed save is to run the game from the application location on your C: drive (not any short cut). Also try saving mutiple games in different name before exiting the game.
Hi mischris30. Check your computer for the game requirement it needed or do you have norton on your computer because I do and that's what it do to my game sometime. If it don't work out email the playfirst people and ask them.
maybe ur computer has a program called for example norton go back,which after u restarts the computer everything will go back to its original form intended set by the user.
Try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the game. If the problem keeps up contact playfirst for support information. Did you also check to make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements. I hope that helps.
