Try submitting your high score again and then log out and back into your Playfirst account. If still no medal, give it a few hours and if it still doesn't show up just contact Playfirst customer support and they will take care of it for you. I have had to contact them for this before and they were great about taking care of it quickly. The medals usually will show up fairly soon after you submit so you probably won't have to contact anyone . Hope this helps and I am glad to hear you finished the Zoo level! :)
