When you purchase a game, you can go in to your member profile and on the left side of the screen there are links to view your purchase history and also to get your unlock key. When you click on get your unlock key, there is a list of all the games you have purchased and the unlock key that goes with each one. Good luck.
When you purchase a game, PlayFirst should send you an email with your unlock key. If you have been charged for the game and haven't received an unlock key, you should contact PlayFirst directly through the "Support" link in between the "Get PlayGold" and Shopping Cart links. Good luck!
