Hello nanduflo! I'm sorry you are having troubles with submiting medals. Note that depending on traffic the server may run slow which creates a delay in awarding medals and badges. There may be a 24-48 hour delay, after which you should be able to log into your account and view your new badges and medals. Also it is recommended that you clear your cache and cookies files before reopening your browser. This may be causing the issue as well. Also make sure that you have a clear internet connection. Temporarily disabling or reconfiguring your anti-virus or firewall will also ensure your computer is communicating with our server so that your medals are posting. Hope you'll receive them. Just to add to the other answers below: Medals are awarded to Playfirst games. Third party games, like RealArcade, IMO, does not have a medal reward system.
Also, you may want to try refreshing your link to view your medals online. If it's still not there, give it a day and it'll be there. BTW, congrads on your NEW medals for Dinertown Detective Agency and Parking Dash.
hello please don't be so confused, maybe you will get them but you should wait, and also maybe you get scores which play first doesn't give medals on, anyway, you must wait and download games from playfirst to get medals from playfirst in your playfirst account. hope i helped.
