Hello kel! Are you refering to the toolbar which you get when installing a game? Hi, have you tried logging out or rebooting? Also, some basics like clear the cache, clear history or temp files and empty the trash. Sometimes I think computers get confused and need a minute... :-)) If not, contact PF (upper right corner under Help/support or contact) Good Luck!
