If you've submitted scores then there are probably medals available for the games - so you should be able to view those games on your profile page.
If you've purchased and downloaded from PlayFirst, on the right hand side of your screen, if you're logged in, it should say "Tips for My Games" and should have the games listed that you have.
But if you're downloading Trials and not buying anything (if you don't own it you can't submit a score to my knowledge) then I would suggest keeping a wordpad doc with a list and maybe dates of when you tried the game, whether you liked it or not, etc.
If you're that serious about trying them all out, that would be the best method I could think of besides going through and downloading each game to your PC/Mac, saving the installation file, then alphabetically trying them and deleting them from your PC/Mac.
As for games you've played Online, I don't think there's a tracker for them. Sorry.
