What platform do you go on? Possibly Firefox or Safari? Anyway, these may need to be updated. I go on Firefox and it checks for updates automatically. Recently, it made me update to version 3.0.5 ..... :-p ... So you may need to update your platform.
What is not updated? Do you have an older computer with the incorrect specs for the game? I'd suggest contacting PlayFirst directly and see what they say. Good luck!
Make sure your connected to the internet and let it run the updates. If it doesn't do this automatically, maybe you should try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again and see if it lets you update then. If you still cannot open it, I would suggest contacting PlayFirst support from the top right hand corner of the screen and explain to them your problem. Good luck and I hope this helped. Debz :)
