no answer - same problem -also did what others did and didn't work - also contacted playfirst and haven't heard anything - I figured it was the settings but don't know what they are supposed to be - but I don't know if that's it anyway.
I have been having the same problem, I contacted customer support as well, still havent heard anything from them. I have downloaded the game twice and tried to reboot the system, but no luck so far. If you figure anything out to fix it I would LOVE to hear it so that I can do the same. I paid for this game, so I hope that it works out, I enjoyed playing it so far!!!
My game is also stuck there, I have tried to uninstall, re-install twice and it still tells me the game has stopped working as soon as I try to play the bonus round for the second segment.
I sent an email to Playfirst also to see if they can help with the problem. But if anyone here has any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them, I've been looking forward to playing this game so nay help would be appreciated!
