I have a vista system and have not had any issues with the games here.
However, the Playfirst support crew is top notch! They have been able to help resolve every situation I've brought to them, to my satisfaction. And yes, if you can't get it to work (with their help) they will refund your money. Just don't wait to engage them so Playfirst knows you're on the up and up and not just trying to get free games.
I would go into support and let them know the problem you are having. I know the game is compatible with Vista because I have the game. I'm sure if you let the support people know the problem you are having, they will do their best to help fix it. I have not had to ask for a refund from PlayFirst for any game, but you could ask. Hope this helps!
