i keep getting an error saying failed to contact playfirst.
how can that be possible i paid for the game through
playfirst. im very very aggrevated!!!!!!
Are you connected to the internet when you try to play your game? I'm assuming you got your unlock key successfully entered. The error message sounds like you're not connected to the internet. Make sure that you have a good connection when you start the game. If that doesn't work, when you contact PlayFirst Support, the first thing they will tell you to do is delete the game and reinstall it so you might want to try that before you even contact them. I've done this several times and when I get the game reinstalled, I didn't lose my progress. Somehow it manages to keep your place in the game so you don't have to start over. That was always my fear of deleting the game and reinstalling. If that still doesn't work, make sure you tell them as much about your computer system as you can. It will save you time communicating back and forth. Good luck getting your game to work properly. I've always had good luck with PlayFirst. I can't say the same about some other websites.
Have you contacted PlayFirst through the "Support" link? They may be able to tell you why you're getting those error notices. Good luck, I hope you get it straightened out.
