Ok not the best time management time game i've ever played, but not entirely without charm. The game maybe have a 'slightly wierd translation' vibe, but nothing that cannot be understood. The graphics have a cutesy anime feel to them, not dazzling but enough to make you smile, at least for a couple of minutes. Like most time management games you get upgrade, but unlike most the choice, to upgrade or not to upgrade, game play starts very easy and will probably remain easy until you're bored of it. Not to my taste certainly, and perhaps not the taste of the avid time management gamer. But worth 30 minutes play if you have some time to kill.
