This will get you through, but not an expert score. First go around and put flowers on all the tables, let the first 4 customers arrive before you start seating them. 2 blue girls go on the left in the middle, then the reserved table comes, then the next is 2 red girls and they go in the bottom left table. The next 2 sets of customers is 3 girls and 4 girls put one group in the upper left table and the other in the bottomn right table. Then comes 3 boys, put them in the upper right corner table, so that when the 2 girls come in they sit in the middle right. Then take orders, serve drinks, give ckecks, clean, flowers, and then seat.
Next round Seat teenagers on the left side and the others on the right side. Take orders, serve drinks, give checks, clean.
