This game used to be my absolute favorite. I loved getting new restaurants and costumes and replaying them all, too. But I cannot recommend this game now. The quality has significantly declined to the point that customer service does not even respond to 3 requests for help regarding this game that has a common bootstrapper application error -- which for many of us, prevents playing what we have paid for. I used to love Playfirst games, especially this one. But they will have to do a lot to earn back mine and many other's trust. I could have rated this 5 stars easily -- but now, since I cannot play it after buying restaurant additions, I can't give it much of anything! This probably won't truly get posted, because I doubt that playfirst wants anything negative posted. Yet i have done everything I could to resolve the problem, and other players have tried to help, but cannot. We need a fix from playfirst, but they aren't providing one. Don't waste your money on this game!!!
