    I am suppose to get it free because I bought a game but I can;t why?

    I had the same problem, but i got a game through trialpay. try emailing the playfirst support team. you might try this first : uninstall, re-download and re-install your game. you also need to be connected to the internet to unlock your game with the key code.

    it said I could get a free game with purchase and by signing up, where do i get it..

    go to play first games.com then go to trial pay. you'll need a credit card.
