The secret is CHAINING. Make same action in succession: first take all orders, then take all food to the tables, then take all desserts, then check all money and then clean all tables. In this way the single score of every action will be multiplicated (X2X3X4X5X6X7....).
Remember that drinks stop your chain: so take them only when you finish a group of same actions (for example when you finish to take all orders). If you have it, use often the podium: it don't stop your chain.
 
This rule are valid in every level of dinier dash: in this way, I'm sure that you'll pass every level...
