    TRIAL PAY COUPON

Asked by chromegirl63 in Cooking Dash – 6 months ago
CHRONEGIRL63 - I just had the same problem.  I have used TrialPay on numerous sites for various products.

It's NOT TrialPay that's the problem.  Unfortunately, it's PlayFirst.

TrialPay gives you a code to input into the "blue coupon box" and on any other site I have used TrialPay, the code(s) work instantly.  With PlayFirst, however, it takes several days to receive the code that PlayFirst will give you to input into the box.

I don't know why PF does this - as it is very misleading.  TrialPay gives you a code that works instantly - and it does - on any other site.  But, unfortunately, PlayFirst will supply you with their own code (in lieu of TrialPay's code) to put in the box.  You should receive PF's code within a few days after your transaction through TrialPay.

I would immediately contact PF via their support link (upper right corner of page next to shopping cart icon) and notify them that you have completed a puchase through TrialPay.  Give PF your TrialPay's Receipt #, game name, etc., etc., and THEN they should release the "REAL" code for the free game.

After my most recent experience with TrialPay and PlayFirst, I won't use TrialPay with PlayFirst anymore.  Nothing against TrialPay, as they have come through on every other site I've used them on - and will continue to use TrialPay - just not on PlayFirst.

PlayFirst should provide a disclaimer or notification stating that they (PlayFirst) will supply you with a different code within 48 hours or so after notification from TrialPay (which is immediate).

It was a very frustrating situation and a disclaimer/notification by PlayFirst stating THEY will provide you a different code within 2+ days after completing the transaction through TrialPay is truly warranted!!! (Especially, when it makes no sense --- why not give TrialPay the 'correct' code to begin with!)  It really is unfair to the customer - and puts TrialPay in a 'bad light' when they've done nothing wrong.

Sorry, you're going through this.  I was really frustrated, myself.  Just got the code yesterday from PlayFirst (Tuesday) and I made the INSTANT purchase over the weekend.  After 5 emails to PlayFirst (one to TrialPay), I got an answer from TrialPay within a day, no answers from PlayFirst until I received the code - several days AFTER what was supposed to be an 'instant' transaction.

Contact PlayFirst and request that they supply you with your code!!!  Hope this helps you!!

Why it tells me that when I want to get Diaper dash with trial play? You have bought games w TRialpay

Asked by dashaddicted in Diaper Dash – 6 months ago
Hello dashaddicted:  If I'm understanding your question right, you're asking why you cannot complete a purchase of Diaper Dash by utilizing the TrialPay Button on PlayFirst's site?

If so, your notice received from TrialPay is telling you that this particular offer (purchasing Diaper Dash thru PlayFirst via TrialPay) is NOT available by law within your country.  I don't know where you reside (nor am I a lawyer), so I can't answer WHY you cannot complete this particular transaction.  TrialPay's notice of "Currently, there are no available offers for this merchant in your country," needs to be addressed by both PlayFirst and TrialPay.

Contact PlayFirst via the "Support" link in the upper right corner of PF's site - right next to the shopping cart icon - and ask them why you cannot complete the transaction.  Tell PlayFirst what country you're residing in and copy and paste what TrialPay stated after you tried to complete the purchase (copy and paste what you have posted above).  Also, contact TrialPay at their support link of: https://www.trialpay.com/support/contact/  to ask why you cannot complete the transaction within your country.

IF you had made a purchase of a product with the obvious assumption that you would be provided the Diaper Dash game free, and THEN you were told by TrialPay that this offer (free Diaper Dash game) cannot be legally fulfilled based on your country of residence - you should request that TrialPay refund your money, cancel the transaction, and explain that you were not notified prior to the purchase that "no available offers from (PlayFirst) are available in your country."

TrialPay also notified you in it's email that you can be notified when new offers are available in your country.  I would also suggest that you set up your TrialPay account (its free) and check the box for them to notify you.  I have used TrialPay numerous times on many sites and have never had a problem with TrialPay.  They have alway come through.

This seems to be a problem with the laws of whatever country you live in and PlayFirst.  Please contact both PlayFirst and TrialPay direct through their support links.  Make sure you cancel the initial purchase and get your money back from TrialPay - if it went that far.

I hope I understood your question correctly and I hoped I helped you.  If not, submit additional comments to your question and we should be able to figure this out!  :-)

    The Great Chocolate Chase

    1
I did NOT enjoy this game at all! I have played all the games in the Cake Mania series, all the games in the Turbo Sub series, and the Chocolatier Series. I would liken this game more to the Turbo Sub series style of game than Cake Mania (especially the more recent games). The Cake Mania series just gets better and better with better graphics, great characters, etc. Do not compare this game to that series, plz! The Turbo Sub series of games would be a much better comparison to The Great Chocolate Chase game. BUT, the Turbo Sub series games were more fun, had different characters that were funny, etc., and the graphics were much better. This game just fell flat. You do the same thing over and over and over with no funny nor challenging characters to deal with (as you do in the Cake Mania series and Turbo Sub, Turbo Pizza, Turbo Fiesta games), and the graphics don't even compare to any of the other series mentioned above. It was just repetition with no notable characters to deal with, no good story line, the graphics were not very good. The game play becomes more challenging to get a higher score as the game progressed ... that's it. I found it very boring and dull ... and it just fell flat. I was not impressed. Trial the Turbo series, the Cake Mania series, and then this one and you will see what I mean. The upgrades in The Great Chocolate Chase are similar to the Turbo series games, and the game play is similar, but I wouldn't even put them both in the same category in terms of fun for playing the game(s). I would suggest you trial the games noted above ... and you'll see what I mean. I do NOT recommend this game. Very boring, very dull ... falls flat. (Also, other reviewers pointed out the glitchy and sluggish behavior of The Great Chocolate Chase ... and they're right --- very glitchy, very sluggish --- very poorly coded game.) THUMBS DOWN on this game!!!
