You may need to disable popup blocker or look at the top of your screen for a message saying you need to install ActiveX if that is there click on it an then on installl.  Hope this helps

the most important thing to remember is to chain. (doing several things at once).  Seat several customers at once and make sure to go to the podium between serving to keep waiting customers happy.  When someone asks for crab sticks try to get to them as quickly as possible.  remember you can carry two things at once so if 2 ask for crab sticks get two orders.  The main thing is to hang in there and keep trying. (YOU CAN DO IT) Keep eVeryone as happy as possible.
