Chaining is the key. Let the customers line up a bit... while waiting put flowers on all the tables. You get 100 points for every table you seat with the flowers. That's 700 points right there! Think of where to seat them as they're lining up, then seat them all at once. Pick up all their orders as soon as they drop them to make them happy. Don't deliever any food until all the orders are in... then deliver all the food at once. NOW when giving the check, don't pick up the dishes at the same time. Give all the checks, then pick up the dishes all at once. Then put the flowers on the tables again... and do the exact same thing again now color matching as best as you can.

The key is to always try to give the tables their check before the other waiter. Then you get the tip, which has a great impact on your score... If the celebrities are happy, you get a BIG tip!
