First if you want to pick up a flower you first have to get level 2 exploration.
 
Then you go were the piles of wood are and you'll see a black couldren,you get a villager make it pick up the couldren.
 
The villager puts the cauldren next to the fire and then you make stews!
 
When making the stews you make a villager go to a "Strange flower"  and it's going to make a stew but you could only put in 3 flowers to make a stew. 
 
Then you make a villager put food and water onto the strew it's going to take 2 trips to be able to put food and water in the stew.
