There is also PayPal.  It is free to make an account and you can link it to a bank account or a credit card and is safer to use to buy things online if you're nervous about entering in your information.  I'm not sure if it is available in Saudi Arabia, though. In the earlier levels, I don't think they ask for things.  Have you done chains when serving the food?  Also make sure that you seat the guests where they ask and do it as quickly as possible.  Sometimes you may have to wait for several people to ask for the same course so you can get chain bonuses when you deliver the same things.  Good luck and keep playing!
