I wonder if any of these reviewers have played more than the demo? Of course the demo is simple and fun. Once you get to restaurant #3, it becomes very hard to juggle all the tasks at once. I only got to restaurant #4 by starting over again and again. The game is deeply flawed yet I keep on trying to progress. I can't believe a game would be designed, and put on the market, without lots of beta testers and therefore each level must be possible to win. It's just not fun when the customers are insulting and swearing at you even when you are serving them as fast as you can. Well, maybe this is the point of the game, to have to be defeated by angry stereotyped customers who explode like Vesuvius if you don't wait on only them.
