First don't try to seat too many people at the same time, I can't remember if this one has the podium if it does, use it. You also need to chain, so if you seat 4 tables, take all four orders in a row, then run over to the podium, serve the meals, podium, drop off checks, podium, clear tables, podium, and serve drinks or treats or whatever as often as you can. I never thought I could make it through, but I finally did, then I went back and played the game again until I scored expert on every level, so if I can do it, with a little practice you will do swell.
