If all else fails contact PlayFirst support, http://www.playfirst.com/help.html they should be able to help you correct the problem.HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THIS GAME?

You can download Diner Dash Flo Through Time here, http://www.playfirst.com/game/future.
You will also need to download Diner Dash Hometown Hero http://www.playfirst.com/game/dinerdashhometownhero if
you don't already have it installed on your computer.
Once you purchase the add on restaurant simply start your
game as usual and enter your user id and password when prompted. The game will
automatically download the new restaurant. -
